We collect the details you provide when booking (name, contact details, vehicle/job details and any custom fields the business asks for) to fulfil your booking and send confirmations and reminders.
Your information is shared with the detailing business you book with so they can provide the service. Payment details are handled directly by Stripe and are never stored by us. Email is sent via Resend; SMS via ClickSend.
If you opt in or make a booking, the business may email you offers. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, or visit unsubscribe.
You may request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting the business. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
