These terms cover your use of this booking website operated by the business named above ("the Business"), powered by the Detailing SaaS platform ("the Platform").
Booking a service forms an agreement between you and the Business. A deposit is taken at the time of booking and is generally non-refundable. The balance is payable to the Business on the day of service. Payments are processed by Stripe; the Platform charges the Business a service fee but does not hold your funds.
You may cancel or reschedule via the link in your confirmation, subject to the Business's policy. Deposits already paid may not be refundable.
Memberships renew automatically until cancelled. Gift cards are redeemable only with the Business that issued them and are not redeemable for cash.
The Platform provides booking software only and is not party to the detailing service. Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
